When you book with Larapinta Trail Trek Support you not only book with a business that loves what it does and treats their customers like friends; you book with a business that shares with its customers the mutual love of hiking, and the amazing experiences we all enjoy on track. Because, we are hikers ourselves, supporting other hikers, and know what to expect, or at least what we would expect, if we were a customer looking for the same support.

Professional Guidance
Expect your interaction with us to be based on trust, care and reliability. We take all aspects of our work seriously because hiking in remote areas is risky and customers depend on our services to succeed and minimise variables, loose ends and risk.​

High Standards
Expect that we will do everything within our ability to provide the service you booked to a high standard and go the extra mile when we can. We’re a small team, often juggling multiple tasks, requests and needs at the same time over a wide area to not only deliver the services you paid for but also to help you to keep going and to succeed.

No Fluff Advice
We will be respectively honest in our support, guidance and recommendations with you. A lot of the time, customers are deeply grateful for this. Other times it can hurt or be hard to hear, but it is less painful than an injury and its much cheaper than failure or a medivac. 100% of our customers agree.

No Sales Pitches
We are a business, but we are terrible at sales. That’s not our thing. We won’t sell or tell you something if we believe it won’t be good for you or your trek. (See the No Fluff Advice promise above). Because if something is not good for you out here, it generally ends badly. That's not what we want. Our sales strategy is based on reputation.

We didn’t wake up one morning and decide to support hikers because it’s cool and sounds fun. This was in a planning pipeline that started in 2004. We are experienced professionals who have been involved in remote area logistics for decades, specialising in supporting hikers and cross-country trekkers. Your interactions with us wont be based on guess work because your well being, success and at times, (for some of you), your life will depend on us and our systems.
